Super Saturdays gotta start with SUPERFOODS!! 🌿 Don't start your day with crappy processed foods and then wonder why you don't have any energy and feel crappy!
This bad boy has:
- a big handful of kale
- ginger, 2 dates
- parsley
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 6 ice cubes
- coconut water
If you know you're going to be grilling, drinking beer and eating Hawaiian buns all weekend then prep for it! Drink 30oz of water first thing when you wake up. And probably throw in an EmergenC just to be safe.
