This is a class I made for my@trumavfitnessthegulchcommunity but wanted to share it on my page as well ❤️ I’m trying to use this time to go deeper into my yoga practice and feel creative as I get stronger and more open. I’ll be making more this week - if you have any requests let me know and I’ll be happy to work them into a sequence.
SEQUENCE:
1. Straight Up
2. Open V
3. Twist (L) / Twist (R)
4. Table top back rolls
5. Hip Openers (inhale open / exhale close)
6. Fig 4 > twist (R) / Fig 4 > twist (L)
7. Crossed leg / butterfly (R) / Crossed leg / butterfly (L)
8. Savasana
Breathe / Relax / Enjoy!
